Director of Sales (Benelux) We are seeking a dynamic and motivational Director of Sales, (Benelux) to join our team. You will lead a team of remote field executives through the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to deal closure. You will be responsible for developing a high-growth go-to-market strategy that leverages both direct sales and channel partnerships to drive success in the region. In this role, you will drive the regional GTM plan across the Benelux region, working closely with EMEA leadership to translate strategy into measurable growth. As a key representative for our brand, you'll engage deeply with the cybersecurity partner community to expand our footprint and play a pivotal role in driving Rapid7's regional expansion. About the Team Our EMEA Sales organization serves as a strategic partner for our customers, helping them achieve a more secure digital future. By leveraging the full value of our product portfolio, our Sales teams create relevant solutions to meet our customers' needs and keep them secure. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales, Central EMEA. Your team of remote field executives is responsible for the full sales lifecycle in a high-growth environment, supported by cross-functional Go-to-Market leadership to deliver an outstanding end-to-end customer experience. About the Role As the Director of Sales for the Benelux region, you will lead a team of remote field executives responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth. You will develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy, oversee daily operations, including sales forecasting and pipeline management, and cultivate a high-performing sales culture. In this role, you will: - Cultivate a culture of excellence by inspiring and leading a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue targets. - Develop and implement the Benelux sales strategy to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth across the region. - Partner with Go-to-Market leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding end-to-end customer experience. - Build and strengthen enduring channel partnerships by leveraging your network and channel experience to expand market reach. - Work closely with sales operations and EMEA leaders to evaluate sales processes, ensure accurate forecasting, and improve methodologies. - Coach and mentor your team, creating tailored development plans for each member to drive professional growth and performance. - Effectively manage remote teams across the Benelux region, with occasional travel to meet team members and key stakeholders. - Utilize your deep understanding of enterprise sales in the Benelux region to provide mentorship, inspire your team, and support high-stakes deals. - Set individual and team quotas, activity metrics, and budgets aligned with company objectives, ensuring accurate reporting and performance tracking. - Foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth, ensuring collaboration within and beyond the sales team. What You'll Do: Sales Strategy & Execution• Lead the development and implementation of a national sales strategy for the A&H portfolio with focus on Business Travel Accident and Special Risk.• Own execution of growth initiatives and sales targets, including new partnership identification and broker engagement.• Establish and maintain a performance management cadence, including metrics tracking (submissions, quotes, binds).
