• Implement the sales strategy through direct customer interactions • Responsible for own revenue and closing targets • Analyze personal KPIs and drive continuous improvement • Actively shape and optimize the customer journey • Collaborate with marketing to leverage leads • Use and further develop existing sales processes and tools • Provide market and customer feedback

• Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von Softwareprojekten und KI-gestützten Anwendungen • Entwicklung, Integration und Optimierung von Machine-Learning- und AI-Lösungen in unsere Plattformen • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um digitale Produkte für Familien und Eltern nutzerzentriert weiterzuentwickeln • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Konzepten, die Finanzbildung und moderne Technologie sinnvoll verbinden • Mitgestaltung von Features, Tools und Automatisierungen, die echten Mehrwert für unsere Nutzer schaffen • Verantwortung für die technische Architektur, Code-Qualität und Skalierbarkeit • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung der eigenen Arbeitsergebnisse sowie der Systemperformance

• Steuerung unserer Kommunikationsinhalte: Planung, Strukturierung und Abstimmung von Content über unsere wichtigsten Kanäle hinweg (Social Media, Newsletter, Website, Kampagnen) • Content-Qualität sichern: Texte prüfen, Botschaften schärfen und sicherstellen, dass unsere Kommunikation verständlich, konsistent und wirkungsvoll bleibt • Redaktionsplanung & Koordination: Content-Kalender pflegen, Themen priorisieren und Abstimmungen zwischen Marketing, Content und anderen Teams organisieren • Storytelling & Markenbotschaft weiterentwickeln: Unsere Mission klar kommunizieren und Inhalte so gestalten, dass sie Frauen inspirieren und echten Mehrwert bieten • Operative Unterstützung im Marketing: Bei Content-Erstellung, Kampagnen und Kommunikationsprojekten aktiv mitarbeiten und Abläufe effizient organisieren

• Strategic development and maintenance of partnerships with leading female influencers, creators, and experts in the areas of female finance, careers, and personal development. • Development, planning and execution of brand and performance campaigns that inspire women and amplify our mission. • Creation and review of creative briefings, guidelines and approvals to ensure consistent, high-quality communication. • Contract and terms negotiations, as well as ongoing performance monitoring of partnerships. • Monitoring, reporting and optimization based on KPIs to continuously improve campaigns. • Close collaboration with Social Media, Performance Marketing & PR to successfully place our content across channels.
