We are data-driven, fast-paced, and focused on scaling our presence in the US. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a VP of Marketing to lead the next phase of the company’s marketing evolution — strengthening our brand, scaling customer acquisition, improving retention, and building the systems and team needed for long-term growth. About the Role We’re looking for a VP of Marketing to own Mood’s overall marketing strategy across brand, growth, acquisition, retention, and analytics. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate as both a strategist and builder. You will be responsible for developing the company’s go-to-market and customer growth strategy, leading a high-performing marketing function, and ensuring that performance marketing, brand development, lifecycle, and analytics work together as one coherent system. Because Mood operates in a trust-sensitive and regulated environment, we are especially interested in candidates who have experience in regulated industries, healthcare, telehealth, or other categories where compliance, nuance, and brand credibility matter. The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Marketing, the marketing leader will help develop and deliver Revolution Medicine’s marketing plans for one of the company’s lead KRAS programs in preparation for anticipated launches.
