Responsibilities: - Participate in new product development from concept to mass production, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Design and analyze electrical circuits for battery charging, power supply, and related systems, meeting customer requirements and safety standards. - Perform electrical tolerance analysis and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA). - Support prototype and pilot builds, ensuring proper functionality and performance. - Conduct electrical verification testing based on product specifications and generate detailed test reports. - Release electrical prints and parts qualification reports. - Evaluate complex components and develop test procedures and fixtures to ensure compliance with functional specifications. - Participate in the testing and evaluation of designs, analyzing results and collaborating with senior engineers. - Develop necessary instrumentation skills and learn industry-specific standards for electrical designs. #LI-MM8 #LI-onsite Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. - 1 - 6 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Strong understanding of electrical design principles, including schematic design and circuit analysis. - Familiarity with battery cell charging and discharging characteristics and design requirements. - Knowledge of digital signal communication protocols (e.g., I2C, USB, etc). - Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, including Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA). - Experience with schematic and layout design tools. - Ability to troubleshoot digital designs and knowledge of RF technology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Passion for learning and a drive to deliver high-quality results. Preferred Skills: - Experience with battery and charger design and testing is a plus. - Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology or Green Belt/Black Belt certification is a plus. - Knowledge in handling Hazardous Location Certification (ATEX, TIA, INMETRO, MSHA, CSA, or UL) or relevant product is preferred.
