The Impact You Will Have As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front line of Notabene’s growth. We are looking for high-energy, motivated professionals with sound business insight and natural sales instincts. You will introduce new prospects to our platform, spark meaningful conversations, and create qualified opportunities that fuel our revenue engine. Your work directly impacts pipeline creation, sales velocity, outbound sales processes improvements, and market expansion, making you a critical contributor to Notabene’s success as we scale globally. You Will: You’ll own early-stage prospect engagement and help build a predictable, scalable outbound motion. Specifically, you will: - Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound efforts - Use a data-driven approach to outbound sales that incorporates prospecting, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and calling - Qualify opportunities by identifying customer pain points and mapping them to Notabene’s value proposition - Partner closely with Account Executives to strategically penetrate target accounts - Maintain accurate activity tracking, notes, and data hygiene in HubSpot - Represent Notabene at industry events, conferences, and private meetings (travel might be required) Within a Year, You Are Successful If: - You consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity and pipeline targets - You’ve built a strong understanding of Notabene’s product, customers, and regulatory landscape - You’ve contributed to improving outbound messaging, targeting, or processes - You are progressing toward the next stage of your sales career at Notabene You Have: - A strong desire to grow a career in B2B sales - Experience as a BDR/SDR in a customer-facing commercial role (reg-tech/crypto a plus, not required) - Comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting at scale - Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate value clearly - A data-driven mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments - Curiosity, resilience, and ownership Benefits - Flexible Remote Work: Work from anywhere! - $1000 WFH Stipend: Use within your first year of employment. - MacBook Pro: Procured by you and your manager to find a model that meets your needs. - Unlimited PTO: We trust you to take as much holiday as you need. - Country-Specific Benefits: Statutory offerings and contributions, managed via our employer-of-record.

What We're Looking For The Baylor University One Stop team is seeking a fully remote One Stop Representative to join the Enrollment Management team. In this role you will work with students (current and prospective) and their families to answer, counsel, and advise on all educational questions related to admissions, financial aid, and payment processes. This position is important to Baylor’s enrollment goals as assisting incoming and continuing students with their financial aid and billing questions will help retain students year over year as they progress towards graduation. By utilizing available resources and providing exemplary customer service via phone and email, the One Stop Representative fills an important role within the division of Enrollment Management. A bachelor's degree and less than one year of relevant experience are required. Three years of relevant experience is preferred. A combination of education or experience will be considered in lieu of one another. The successful candidate will exhibit the following knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics: - Proficient written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to work with people - Experience in customer service - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to maintain professionalism under varying circumstances - Professional telephone etiquette - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency with personal computers & technology - Ability to understand and explain complex information and processes - Experience in handling and communicating sensitive information - Knowledge of financial aid counseling, verification, federal student loans, billing, admissions and/or registrar (Preferred) - Knowledge of an enrollment management area focusing on outreach and/or retention (Preferred) - Bilingual (Preferred) Must be able to travel outside of the state of Texas.
