• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing accounts in handball, basketball, ice hockey and other sports organizations and associations • Preparation of proposals and contract negotiations with customers • Conducting product demos and workshops to clearly and understandably convey the benefits of our software • Supporting customers throughout the entire contract term to maximize the value derived from the software • Close collaboration with our software developers to pass on sport-specific market feedback and continuously improve the platform • Customer visits and participation in cross-sport events to represent the company and strategically expand our network
Job Requirements
- You already have initial experience in sales, ideally in software, IT or sports technology
- You are passionate about sport and have a solid understanding of the structures and challenges in professional handball, basketball and ice hockey
- You can explain complex technical products in an understandable way and clearly demonstrate the benefit to the customer
- You are confident approaching people and are equally comfortable with new business development as with long-term account management
- Willingness to travel internationally, flexible working hours and a Class B driving license are required, as you will regularly visit customers and attend events on site
- Existing contacts with decision-makers at the professional level in handball, basketball or ice hockey are desirable and will give you a clear advantage
- Language skills: English is required; additional languages are a plus.

The Role The Senior Oncology Account Manager builds and maintains strong professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders in private practice, medical group practices, hospitals/academic medical centers, office, and ancillary staff involved in the care of cancer patients. The Senior Oncology Account Manager is a clinical and business leader who represents the values of Genmab by providing approved, disease and product information and resources to key decision makers and stakeholders within their assigned territory. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company’s quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results. This position is also eligible to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
