About the Program Manager: This is an exciting new opportunity to represent eMoney an innovative company whose mission is to help people talk about money. eMoney is an award-winning company with a goal to ensure financial peace of mind for all. MarketStar has an opening for a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a sales and account management program. You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablement team but will need to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals. Location: US Remote What will you do? • Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management • Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies • Ensure team achieves client sales targets as required on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy is optimized • Administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices • Use Salesforce.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure success against goals. About this role The AI Program Manager will lead a team of intermediate to experienced Digital Program Management professionals. Sets objectives and manages planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
