• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth • Identify, prospect, and secure new customers across key industries • Grow existing accounts by providing consultative, solution-based sales • Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and understand competitive landscape • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical solutions • Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience • Utilize CRM tools and technology to track activity and manage pipeline • Maintain strong product knowledge across pumps and fluid process equipment
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, engineering, or related field)
- 2+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Experience with fluid process, pumps, or related equipment preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel within territory, including occasional overnight travel
