POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts and deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure our hiring process runs efficiently and professionally from start to finish. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities as requested. Job duties may change as required by needs of company. Responsible for supporting recruiters and assisting in the full-cycle recruiting and offer processes. The detailed responsibilities include: - Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones - Partner with the recruiters in developing and maintaining a positive relationship with candidates throughout their interview process - Maintain and update candidates the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting databases - Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines - Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and next steps - Help organize recruiting and employer branding initiatives - Prepare and send offer letters and assist with pre-employment processes - Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage - Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and partners with the Talent Management team in making any necessary changes. - Other duties as assigned to support recruiting and talent management SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 1+ years’ experience in recruiting or Human Resources - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCims, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus - Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information LOCATION AND COMPENSATION: - This role will be based in either Bayview’s Coral Gables, FL, or the New York, NY office, or can be remote. - Base compensation is expected to be $50,000 – 65,000* with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation. *Salary may vary based on work experience, market conditions, location, and qualifications/training.
