The Technology Implementation Analyst ensures office technology readiness across H&R Block’s U.S. office network by supporting field leadership and guiding execution through Operations Technical Specialists (OTS). This role partners closely with Multi-Regional and Multi-District Operations Managers. They will create and deliver training, manage hardware implementation, and support field escalations. It also collaborates with Corporate IT to stay aligned on upcoming initiatives and communicates key updates to the field. The manager oversees the full lifecycle of hardware distribution, including ordering, shipping, and installation coordination. Pay Range Information The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply.
