• Lead and manage infrastructure engineering personnel • Provide technical leadership, direction, prioritization, coaching, and performance management • Serve as the technical liaison between MICRO and parent company IT teams • Provide infrastructure, security, performance, and stability reporting to upper management • Support product and engineering teams across Accu-Trac, ProControl, and Stocker1 with infrastructure planning and technical strategy • Contribute to business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and resiliency planning • Provide leadership and architectural oversight for Linux and Windows infrastructure environments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field OR equivalent combination of education and 4 years of progressive technical experience
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems administration, preferably Ubuntu
- Working knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and operational support
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, best practices, and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Experience with hardware, server lifecycle management, and enterprise support environments
- Experience supporting production software environments preferred
