Assist World
• Coordinate patient scheduling across multiple platforms (e.g., ZocDoc and EMR systems) • Handle insurance verification and prior authorizations • Manage patient communication via phone and messaging • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation • Support day-to-day back-office operations across two clinics • Assist with calendar management and meeting scheduling • Support travel coordination and general administrative tasks • Help manage workflow and ensure priorities are organized
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a U.S. medical or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
- Experience with medical scheduling systems and EMRs
- Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with eClinicalWorks
- Familiarity with tools such as ZocDoc, Hilo, or Azalea
- Prior experience in a hybrid medical admin + executive assistant role
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance

As a Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for PeopleScout’s RPO clients. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the PeopleScout brand. Location: Remote Responsibilities: - Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions. - Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client’s needs and expectations. - Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences. - Facilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design action plans to lead to hires. - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate. - Adhere to the staffing processes established. - Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates. - Heavy client services responsibilities including managing daily. information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Requirements: - Minimum of 2-year full cycle recruitment experience in a fast paced, staffing, or RPO environment. - Experience sourcing niche candidates and building diverse pipelines. - Experience filling high volume positions required (ex. you've managed average requisition loads of 30+.) - Driven by creating the best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences. - Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. - Strong partnership and consultative skills. - Extreme sense of urgency and excellent customer service delivery. Salary Range: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
