Global Mobility Agent (Spain) – Remote
Jobbatical
Company Description We are looking for a Global Mobility Agent to join our team as an independent contractor. Your mission is to own the relocation journey for talent moving to Spain. You will be the bridge between complex Spanish bureaucracy and a smooth "soft landing" for our clients. If you have lived in Spain, understand the "Nie/TIE" dance, and speak Spanish at a C2 level, this is your stage. Jobbatical is using AI and automation to make the employee visa and relocation process faster and less expensive, so businesses can hire whoever they want, from wherever they want. Our team is on a mission to make moving to a new country as easy as booking a flight. The best way to do that is by making the hardest part of relocating to another country – immigration – ridiculously easy. Today, Jobbatical today is the go-to immigration and relocation partner for tech startups and traditional companies alike. We help clients like N26, Pipedrive, and Travelperk to relocate people to 30+ countries and are backed by some of the best investors in the world including Union Square Ventures, Inventure, Karma VC, Swiss Post Ventures, et al. Job Description As a Global Mobility Agent, you will independently manage relocation cases within Spain from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where your empathy and organizational skills directly affect someone’s new life chapter. - Case Management: Lead mobility cases within Spain, guiding clients through administrative processes (NIE/TIE), city registration (empadronamiento), and settlement. - Operational Support: Assist with our internal platform setup and contribute to making our relocation technology even smarter. - Coordination: Liaise with external partners and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. - Knowledge Sharing: Work with our global team to share best practices on the Spanish administrative landscape. Qualifications We don’t require prior immigration experience—we will train you on the technicalities. What we do require is: - Language Mastery: Fluent, near-native Spanish (C2 level) is a must. You must be comfortable navigating complex administrative conversations and written documents. - Spanish Life Experience: You have previously lived in Spain and have a general grasp of its geographical regions and how its public administration (Hacienda, Seguridad Social, etc.) functions. - The Remote Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in an independent, remote-first environment. - Solution-Oriented: When a client hits a bureaucratic wall, you are the one who finds the door. - Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable using modern platforms and AI-driven tools. - Communication: High empathy and the ability to explain complex steps in simple, professional terms. Additional Information Why Join Jobbatical? We are a diverse and growing team of 40 people, currently delivering in-house immigration across Europe. Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking team that's redefining global mobility Growth Opportunities: Expand your skills and grow with a company that's scaling rapidly Impactful Work: Play a key role in shaping global mobility processes and contributing to our success You can learn more about the company and the team here: https://jobbatical.com/about Our offer to you includes: - Competitive compensation (Contractor model). - Flexible working hours and remote-first culture. - The opportunity to work with passionate professionals changing the world of immigration. - A diverse, international environment with high growth potential.
