• Partner with founders and company leaders to help shape and define hiring strategies • Pressure-test assumptions, provide thoughtful recommendations, and guide decision-making throughout the hiring process • Focus on talent acquisition strategy and execution quality, supported by a dedicated Sourcer, a Talent Operations team, and Rockstar's AI-powered recruiting platform. • You will not be sourcing candidates or manually reviewing LinkedIn profiles, but instead will ensure that hiring outcomes and client experiences are satisfactory and above. • This is a delivery-first role. There is no business development, no sales quota, and no placement chasing. Your responsibility is to ensure clients hire the right people efficiently and with confidence.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of operations, talent strategy, or client-facing experiences. Prior experience in recruitment or talent operations is a plus, but not required as we value strong operators from other backgrounds as well.
- A demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability: you take initiative, own outcomes, and follow through until the impact is visible.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage clearly with U.S.-based leaders and clients.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, providing guidance, and influencing decisions with senior leaders
- Highly organized, thoughtful, and is outcome-driven; able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
- Hungry to learn, motivated to grow, and excited by opportunities to drive impact and grow - this role can be a stepping stone to broader leadership positions within Rockstar
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based companies and is willing and able to work U.S. business hours
