Inside Sales Representative
Agent
• Conduct outreach to dormant customers via phone, email, and SMS • Review customer history and service documentation (including Company Cam photos) • Identify upsell opportunities based on prior services and customer needs • Schedule consultations and book appointments using Arrivy scheduling system • Document all customer interactions, decision timelines, and follow-ups in HubSpot • Prioritize leads using CSM Audit dashboard for efficient pipeline management • Handle inbound customer calls (~120/month) and new lead inquiries from ads, referrals, and other channels • Qualify leads, generate sales deals, and coordinate logistics for outside sales visits • Collaborate with field sales reps to gather insights, objections, and customer preferences • Adjust and present pricing quotes, answer questions, and negotiate within set guidelines • Provide after-hours phone coverage (5:00 PM – 7:30 PM PST) and occasional weekend support during peak seasons • Support a growing team of 4–6 outside sales reps with follow-ups, documentation, and administrative tasks • Report to leadership and execute established workflows rather than building processes from scratch • Utilize AI-generated call summaries to improve follow-ups and efficiency
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, SDR, or customer support-to-sales transition
- Experience in construction, home services, or roofing industries
- Database management and lead re-engagement experience
- Strong English communication skills (clear and professional over phone and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and research skills
- Technical literacy: HubSpot, VoIP systems, AI tools, and other SaaS platforms
- Flexible and willing to occasionally work weekends or after-hours for peak lead coverage
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
- Familiarity with quoting tools and contract negotiation processes
- AI literacy to leverage technology for efficient sales execution
