• Lead the end-to-end growth engine, optimizing the entire journey from Paid Acquisition through Conversion to Monetization with the ultimate goal of maximizing LTV Margin. • Optimize 7-figure monthly marketing spend across global channels and the product portfolio, ensuring capital is strategically allocated to the highest-growth opportunities. • Build and refine scalable processes that empower teams to operate with high autonomy while maintaining top-tier performance standards. • Synchronize cross-functional teams to ensure a unified growth strategy and a high-velocity experimentation culture. • Translate granular data and market signals into high-stakes decisions regarding product direction, knowing exactly when to scale a product or pivot. • Identify and exploit new channel opportunities, leveraging technical expertise to scale our health and wellness apps into global market leaders.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads at significant scale.
  • Proven experience in a "performance-first" environment where paid media is the primary revenue driver.
  • Preferably within subscription-based mobile apps (web-to-app) space.
  • Track record of managing high-volume monthly budgets and driving rapid spend growth.
  • Ability to leverage AI and automation to enhance creative workflows and campaign velocity.
  • Deep understanding of the interaction between paid media, onboarding funnels, pricing, and LTV.
  • Granular understanding of LTV, CPA, and ROAS combined with the ability to read market signals to optimize investment.
  • Proven ability to lead performance, growth product, and monetization teams toward shared P&L goals.
