• Design, build, and maintain Yelp's iOS Chat SDK, providing reusable, well-documented components that internal feature teams rely on to ship conversational experiences. • Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our server-driven UI (Chat SDUI) framework on iOS, enabling teams to deliver new chat capabilities with minimal client-side changes. • Partner with internal stakeholder teams (e.g., Yelp Assistant, Ask Anything for businesses, Request a Quote) to understand their needs and reduce integration friction. • Drive reliability and observability by building in structured logging, metrics, and performance monitoring at the SDK layer. • Collaborate with cross-platform engineers (Android, Web, Server) to ensure consistent APIs and a cohesive developer experience. • Champion testing standards, versioning strategies, and CI/CD best practices to safely release platform updates that multiple production apps depend on.
