Debe actuar como el motor de ejecución y liderazgo técnico del proyecto. Su función es marcar el paso de la coordinación, traduciendo la estrategia en avances tangibles y autónomos. Es un perfil híbrido que, además de coordinar equipos, asume la ejecución de la infraestructura operativa del responsable de i (despliegue, gateway, entornos) bajo la mentoría y guía directa de Infraestructura. Responsabilidades clave: • Desplegar y mantener los entornos de ejecución, Gateway y sistemas de actualización bajo las directrices del director de Infra. • Coordinar y sincronizar activamente a los desarrolladores de backend asegurando la cohesión técnica y operativa. • Identificar y resolver obstáculos técnicos o de infraestructura que impidan el avance del equipo. • Decidir sobre la arquitectura de flujos y gestión de estados, manteniendo la coherencia lógica definida por la Dirección. • Definir y estructurar tareas en fases del proyecto donde no todo está detallado, aportando claridad al equipo. • Reportar directamente a la Dirección de Proyecto, no solo el progreso, sino propuestas de mejora y soluciones a desviaciones. • Centrarse en la asignación de tareas, desatascar cuellos de botella técnicos y asegurar las entregas del proyecto, además de ejecutar parte del proyecto en la capa del orquestador. Requisitos técnicos: • Valoramos formación técnica en ingeniería, pero se prioriza experiencia en proyectos complejos y liderando despliegues reales. • Experiencia: 2 años en coordinación de equipos pequeños a medianos y 4 años en desarrollo de backend. • Experiencia en integración de sistemas empresariales (ERP/CRM) y conocimientos generales sobre circuitos empresariales. • Experiencia sólida en frameworks de sistemas multi-agente como LangGraph y familiaridad con arquitecturas RAG. • Alta capacidad en diseño de arquitecturas de grafos y lógica de agentes. • Conocimientos operativos en Docker, gestión de Gateway y despliegue en la nube. • Experiencia previa liderando equipos en entornos dinámicos.
