Role Description 82DASH is on a mission to help brands collect real, authentic content directly from their customers - turning everyday buyers into their most powerful marketing and growth channel. We're building a platform that helps businesses collect customer-generated content, feedback, reviews, and drive repeat visits through rewards and digital wallet experiences. We're now looking for a Brands & Partnerships Manager to work directly with local businesses, hospitality venues, and high street brands - helping them build real customer loyalty, collect authentic content, and turn footfall into a growth engine. - Build and manage relationships with local businesses, hospitality venues, and retail brands - be their go-to person from first conversation to live campaign. - Run onboarding sessions with business owners and their teams - understand what they're currently doing for loyalty and content, and show them what's possible. - Help businesses design simple reward mechanics that drive repeat visits - think "5th coffee free" but digital, trackable, and connected to push notifications. - Encourage businesses to collect customer content at the point of experience - photos, reviews, and testimonials captured while the experience is fresh. - Identify local clusters and partnerships - co-marketing opportunities between neighbouring businesses, event tie-ins, and local brand collaborations. - Analyse what's working across your portfolio of businesses, build playbooks from the wins, and feed insights back into the product team. Qualifications - Experience working in or with local businesses, hospitality, retail, or high street brands. - Understanding of what drives footfall and repeat visits - loyalty, rewards, local marketing, word of mouth. - Comfortable walking into a cafe, salon, or shop and having a conversation with the owner about how they grow. - Proven ability to manage multiple brand relationships at once without dropping the ball. - Familiarity with digital loyalty, wallet passes, or customer engagement tools is a plus. - Clear communicator with a practical, outcome-focused approach. - Independent and comfortable working in an early-stage environment. Role Description The Associate New Business Case Manager is responsible for receiving and processing applications. They will review applications and determine if the application meets the compliance regulations as well as reviewing for completeness (IGO/NIGO). Once the application becomes IGO, the Associate Case Manager will process the transaction to generate a contract. - Perform index and data entry of application information into workflow, customer/agent relationship, and administrative systems. - Review and analyze all application data entry and determine if an application is in good order. - Develop a working knowledge of the products and services offered within the department. - Review file for completeness; once complete, issue a contract. - Serve as direct point of contact for Agents, Internal Wholesalers, Sales Center, and Client Services regarding requirements gathering for applications through to contract issuance. - Promptly respond to routine and non-routine telephone or e-mail inquiries and make outbound follow-up communications to obtain all requirements. - Follow up timely on pended contracts where outstanding requirements still exist and where new requirements have been received. - Research, analyze, and help coordinate issues resolution for management, client services, internal sales contacts, and agencies/brokers regarding the status of new business and various other issues. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers. - Assist peers with processing questions and mentor peers as needed. - Perform a variety of administrative activities such as reviewing recurring reports and taking appropriate follow-up action, and other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications - College degree or equivalent work experience. - 3-5 years of cumulative, relevant experience. - Detail oriented. - Clear communication skills. - High school diploma required.
