Appraisal Analyst II – Alternative Collateral Products Position Overview The Appraisal Analyst II – The Alternative Collateral Product Reviewer is a key contributor within the Collateral Risk Management (CRM) team and is responsible for reviewing and rendering decisions on non‑traditional and alternative valuation products used in residential mortgage lending. This role supports safe and sound lending by evaluating the adequacy, appropriateness, and risk implications of alternative collateral documentation in accordance with internal policy and investor guidelines. The analyst applies independent judgment within delegated authority and partners closely with underwriting, pipeline management, and business partners to ensure collateral decisions are well‑supported, consistently applied, and aligned with risk appetite.
