Reporting to the Director, Inflight Services (Customer Care), the Manager, Menu Administration and Implementation provide leadership of a team responsible for the interpretation and implementation of menus for a major airline customer, including oversight for all specifications and bill of materials for the in-flight product. Using database and web-based systems to create and maintain timely and accurate recipe/ menu specification data. Data points include materials, yields, sourcing data, photos and recipe instructions. - b. Maintain Pre-Select Customer Text and Food Service Receipt Text - c. Work with the Customer Asset/Equipment team to verity spec sheet data and timelines required for implementation - d. Maintain an organized system of coding for current and new codes Domestically and worldwide including all Special Meals - Adheres to robust data integrity process of reviewing and approving final recipes and menus before publication. - Works closely with the customer, gategroup and external partners to support successful delivery of the end-to-end data process. - Recruits, trains, and develops members of the team, then monitors performance of assigned team staff and promotes opportunities for career development. - Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements and internal Leadership expectations. - Continuously seeks ways to improve the Menu Development process and the service offered to customers. - As requested by customer, provides analytical and technical guidance and process support to customer. - As requested by customer, provides system related guidance on menu equipment to the customers’ galley planning team. - As requested, provides system technical information related to product displacement, discontinuance and substitution scenarios. Qualifications Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Work Experience: - Experience in a high-volume or the airline industry focused on data analytics is preferred 3-5 years’ experience leading teams responsible for managing complex data and processes to tight deadlines. Account management experience, working with various levels of leadership and building customer relationships.
