Other responsibilities include training, supervising the daily workload of the staff, evaluating staff performances, and conducting quality control, error management, and prevention in eligibility services programs, including conducting case reviews. As well as evaluating accuracy, timeliness, and productivity utilizing quality and quantity data, identifying error trends, and implementing corrective action plans. Furthermore, the Benefits and Eligibility Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the Overpayment Packets, Overpayment Compromises, and IPV disqualifications meet timeliness and federal guidelines. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
