Job Description The Data Analytics Senior Consultant I will support Law & Regulation wide data analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives -- including expanding reporting capabilities, analytical insights, data development, predictive and prescriptive modeling, and data-driven tool development. Requirements include programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL; data tool experience such as BusinessObjects and Tableau; advanced analytical capabilities, and experience with broad data-focused business requirements gathering and solutioning. Key Responsibilities - Compiles, cleans, organizes, and analyzes moderately complex data to understand business results - Provides technical expertise - Makes the business insights derived from data analytics accessible to those without technical skills - Establishes, modifies, documents, and communicates standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data quality, data reporting and data analytics - Communicates and presents project information to team and provides presentations/updates to management - Monitors and evaluates business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicates results and recommendations to management Preferred Skills & Experience - 3+ years’ experience in statistical analysis including predictive and prescriptive analytics - 1+ years’ experience of querying databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) - Experience cleaning and transforming raw data into usable formats to ensure accurate and reliable data - 1+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting insights - Strong programming skills in SQL - Basic programming skills in Python, PySpark, and/or R Desirable Skills - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Fabric - Basic understanding of data modeling concepts, including normalization, denormalization, and schema design. - Basic understanding of the US Legal System #LI-JB1 Skills Business Analysis, Business Case Analyses, Business Model Development, Data Analytics, Data Development, Data Visualization, Structured Query Language (SQL) Compensation Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
