Role Description We are looking for a Senior Medical School Admissions Consultant who is an experienced physician with a deep understanding of the medical school admissions process. If you’re passionate about mentoring and guiding future physicians through medical school applications, this could be the perfect fit. In this role, you’ll work closely with students to: - Build medical school application strategies - Refine their personal statements - Prepare for medical school interviews - Support them in choosing the right medical schools and programs You’ll be a trusted coach throughout the med school admissions process, helping students present their strongest selves and gain admission to their top-choice medical schools. This is a part-time, remote, 1099 contract role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. Role Description The Identity Management Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting identity and access management (IAM) solutions for clients within a managed services environment. This role works closely with client stakeholders, security teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure identity frameworks, enforce governance policies, and ensure compliance with modern authentication and access control standards. Location: Canada Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work Mode: Remote What You Will Do - Design and deploy IAM solutions across client environments. - Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory infrastructures. - Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and other related Entra ID security configurations. - Implement identity federation and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. - Implement identity governance solutions including access reviews, lifecycle management, and role-based access control (RBAC). - Support Zero Trust security frameworks related to identity and access management, including Entra Suite. - Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. - Provide IAM best practices and security recommendations to clients. - Conduct identity architecture reviews and maturity assessments. - Support clients during cloud migrations, tenant consolidations, and identity modernization initiatives. - Design and complete Active Directory migrations. - Document IAM architecture, processes, and operational procedures. - Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications (SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments). - Support identity synchronization and provisioning tools such as Azure AD Connect, SCIM, and identity lifecycle automation. - Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages. - Provide Level 3 escalation support for identity-related incidents. - Monitor IAM environments and troubleshoot authentication or access issues. - Work with the MSP service desk and infrastructure teams to resolve identity-related service requests. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related security roles. - 5+ years of Microsoft ecosystem specific IAM experience. - Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300). - Experience with non-Microsoft IAM platforms. - Experience working in Managed Services (MSP) or multi-client consulting environments. - Experience with Zero Trust architecture implementations. - Identity architecture design including Entra ID. - Automation and scripting (PowerShell). - Conditional Access design & management. - Privileged access management. - Identity lifecycle management. - Security and compliance frameworks. - Strong client communication and consulting skills. - Strong troubleshooting and architecture skills in hybrid environments. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS UK Contracted Reward Review Mines Advisory Group (MAG) is seeking an experienced reward consultant or consultancy team to support a comprehensive review and redesign of its UK contracted reward framework. About MAG MAG (Mines Advisory Group) is an international humanitarian organisation working to save lives and build safer futures in conflict affected and fragile contexts. We operate globally across mine action and weapons and ammunition management programmes, working in partnership with governments, donors and affected communities. Overview MAG is undertaking a strategic review of its UK contracted reward framework to ensure it remains fit for purpose, aligned with organisational priorities, and able to support the attraction, retention and development of key talent. MAG has committed to a more comprehensive review in 2026. This assignment will provide external expertise to support diagnostic analysis, design of a revised framework, and development of practical, implementable recommendations. Purpose of the assignment The purpose of this consultancy is to review and redesign key elements of MAG’s UK contracted reward framework so that it is fair, transparent, market aware, operationally effective and financially sustainable. The assignment will combine technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, options development and implementation planning. Scope of work The review will focus on UK contracted staff and will include: • Review of reward policy and principles to assess alignment with organisational needs and future direction • Assessment of current job family structure, grading architecture and overall framework design • Review of job evaluation methodology, including clarity, consistency and practical application • Analysis of salary structures, progression approaches and incremental models • Review of allowances and modular reward elements, with recommendations for simplification and alignment • Development of practical design options with clear recommendations and rationale • Indicative cost modelling and affordability analysis • Development of a high level implementation and transition roadmap The consultant will engage with key internal stakeholders and provide advice that is grounded in relevant market practice while being appropriate for an international humanitarian organisation.
