Project Coordinator – Operational Support, Workshops

D-ploy GmbH

• Support coordination of workshop sessions, including scheduling and tracking participation • Manage communication with participants before and after sessions • Assist in collecting and consolidating feedback • Track progress, deadlines, and action items related to workshop activities • Provide operational support to the lead responsible for workshop execution • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sessions and outcomes • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and support process improvements

Job Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using tracking tools, spreadsheets, or collaboration platforms
  • Basic understanding of feedback analysis and reporting
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
  • Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
