We are looking for two Project Managers to support the coordination and execution of workshop-related activities across global teams. These roles are critical in ensuring smooth planning, delivery, and follow-up of workshops, with a strong focus on organization, stakeholder communication, and process tracking. This is a distributed setup: - 1 role based in Europe (ideally Prague, Czech Republic) - 1 role based in the United States You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that workshops are effectively prepared, executed, and evaluated. Tasks and Responsibilities - Coordinate end-to-end workshop activities, from preparation to post-session follow-up - Manage participant tracking, including invitations, confirmations, and attendance monitoring - Ensure timely distribution of pre-workshop materials and feedback requests - Collect, track, and consolidate feedback before and after workshop sessions - Act as a central point of contact for workshop-related communication - Monitor timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution - Identify and resolve logistical or coordination issues proactively - Maintain clear documentation and reporting on workshop outcomes and participation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in an international and distributed environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with tracking tools, spreadsheets, or project management platforms
- Experience coordinating training sessions, workshops, or events
- Exposure to corporate or consulting environments
- Experience working across US and European teams
- Basic understanding of feedback analysis and reporting
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment

Department: Operations Reports to: Head of Strategic Project Delivery Location: Southern England The Opportunity The Strategic Electric Project Manager will lead the safe, compliant delivery of strategic electrical infrastructure projects, including works up to Extra High Voltage (EHV). This role provides a single point of contact across pre and post sales design, construction and commissioning activities, with a strong focus on quality of installation, compliance with approved designs, and adherence to current legislation and Codes of Practice. You’ll take full ownership of the pre and post sale delivery phase, acting on behalf of Leep with customers and stakeholders from tender support through to adoption. The role encompasses responsibility for SHE, CDM, design compliance and approvals, programme and cost control, subcontractor management, defect resolution and final asset handover - ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
