• The Engineering Analysis Project Manager is accountable for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering analysis efforts across multiple technical domains, with primary emphasis on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Co-Simulation workflows, and Power Systems Studies (PSS/SKM). • This person will work as part of the project team and interact closely with the owner, designers, contractors, subcontractors and other trades on projects in mission critical environments. • This role serves as the central coordination point between analysis teams, design teams, project managers, and clients to ensure analysis scopes are clearly defined, schedules are met, deliverables are consistent, and financial performance is tracked. • The role will include managing the analysis and design phases of projects including leading and representing DLB in client meetings, coordinating with internal and external members, and general project overhead tasks. • The Engineering Analysis Project Manager will receive limited direction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. • Will execute and assist project leadership on projects of complex scope. • Will work independently or under limited supervision. • The Engineering Analysis Project Manager will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.

• Perform Capital Needs Assessments of existing commercial properties • Monitor new construction or renovation projects • Assist with energy and ADA audits • Make forensic assessment of major building systems and distressed conditions • Conduct basic interviews and research covering property maintenance history • Make recommendations for maintenance and probable costs for building systems • Write clear and concise condition and status reports • Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction • Observe general compliance of as-built conditions with the contract drawings and specifications • Review construction schedules, trade payment breakdowns, and payment requisitions • Manage multiple projects • Deliver outstanding client service with timely responses and proactive solutions • Training and mentoring staff on inspection and workflow practices • Complete routine report revisions and reviews

• Oversee customer installation projects from order receipt through final completion. • Ensure accurate room drawings, coordinated communication, and timely execution. • Work closely with Account Managers, Service Operations Managers, and customers to maintain project alignment and ensure all requirements are met. • Maintain documentation, updates project guidelines, and provides consistent communication across internal teams to support successful installations. • Manage all project workflows in accordance with CMS Imaging’s project management guidelines. • Coordinate room drawings, approvals, and final documentation. • Serve as the primary communication link between customers, Sales, and Service Operations. • Conduct project kickoff calls and manage project handoffs. • Maintain accurate project documentation, guidelines, and checklists.
