The App Performance Analyst is responsible for developing and executing advanced growth strategies to help companies all around the world achieve their goals by iterating and conducting A/B experiments on key campaign components such as audiences, creatives and more. SUMMARY & DUTIES - Be responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of our campaigns using the wealth of mediasmart’s programmatic tools at your fingertips. - Understand customers’ business and goals and ensure mediasmart campaigns are aligned to those. Design together and implement strategies to retain and grow our customers. - Provide the Client Services team with regular feedback of the campaign performance and key actionable items to communicate to the customer. - Extract and manipulate data, creating actionable recommendations for business decisions. This may include, but is not limited to, publishers, verticals, creatives, and internal workflow optimization through data insights. - Troubleshoot level-1 technical problems (Tracking, Supply, etc.), and work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams to ensure the proper campaign management outcome. REQUIREMENTS - +2 years managing campaigns on DSPs or similar media buying technologies. - Located in Argentina. - Strong experience in the AdTech industry. - Natural problem solver, data-driven, and solution-oriented entrepreneur. - Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks. - Fluent in English (Both written and spoken) - Experience optimizing App Promotion campaigns or experience with Programmatic buying campaigns. - Working with an MMP WHO WE ARE Mediasmart was founded in 2011, we identify as an AdTech company, working on the demand side of the business on programmatic branding campaigns, with the mission of helping to integrate the customer’s journey across connected devices like mobile, Connected TV, and DOOH (digital out-of-home solutions).
