• Responsible for developing written content in response to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and customer documentation as required. • Support multiple complex proposals and documents across ten diverse organizations with exceptional communications, organizational, and time management skills. • Review Government and Commercial RFPs, technical and contractual documents, and other background material. • Prepare questions and identify information or material needed to create appropriate responses. • Attend strategy and kickoff meetings to understand the purpose of the RFP, requirements, and expectations of the customer and team. • Research, analyze, and collect data in support of writing assignments. • Conduct research on industry topics, competitive advantages, company analysis, relevant federal regulations, etc. • Participate in meetings with internal and external senior-level professionals and subject matter experts to generate and organize content. • Acquire content from subject matter experts and team members to formulate clear and compelling responses. • Compose and edit materials for new business pursuits, including proposals, presentations, white papers, and RFIs. • Develop and write solution-based proposals in response to customer requests. • Design/write/edit tables, matrices, past performance descriptions, and resumes for proposals. • Customize/tailor/update previously developed content for specific customer requirements. • Work within stringent timeframes to meet proposal deadlines, ensuring documents are well organized and professionally presented. • Comply with all solicitation requirements, understand and adhere to page and space limits, and format requirements in the RFP.

• Leads the design system architecture, implementation, and management of the integrated IT/cyber-security integrated systems • Oversees an organization’s IT Systems • Manages and leads staff including daily operational needs, project planning, and technology updates • Defines system and product requirements to ensure efficient planning and execution of the IT systems • Troubleshoots and remediates hardware and software issues

• Responsible for designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs. • Ensure all projects are completed on time and to contract specifications. • Design and develop web applications and work with both front-end and back-end solutions. • Responsible for the quality of solutions created through automated testing. • Support and maintain solutions in production. • Mentor other developers on the team as needed. • Work with non-technical staff to accommodate client request. • Triage issues with our technology in real time when the situation demands. • Estimate large initiatives and projects as necessary. • Create high-quality software architecture and design. • Identify, prioritize, and carry out tasks across the software development life cycle. • Create tools and applications by developing clean, efficient code. • Utilize tools and programming to automate tasks. • Conduct validation and verification tests. • Work with internal teams and vendors to repair and improve goods. • Document phases of development and monitor systems. • Ensure software is up to mark using recent technologies. • Conducting feasibility studies for upgraded software systems. • Designing new software programs, websites, and applications. • Writing advanced programming code. • Reviewing updated software systems. • Other duties as assigned.

• Financial Reporting: Ad Hoc Reports: Generate financial reports as requested by Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) or other relevant stakeholders. • Excel Expertise: Utilize Excel reports and analyze and present financial data effectively. Create pivot tables where needed to aid in clarity and clear data reporting. • Contract Management: Data Entry: Review basic contracts and modifications and accurately enter data including project codes, contract value and funding into our accounting system Costpoint. • Authorization: Authorize employees access to project codes in the system. • Monthly Log Distribution: Maintain and distribute the contract modification log monthly. • Contract Closeouts: Assist in preparing the financial portions of final invoices during contract closeouts. • Budgets: Assist Project Managers with entering Budgets and Forecasts as requested.

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitation documents to understand client requirements and evaluation criteria. • Develop and write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that aligns with client needs and company capabilities. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, technical experts, and legal teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy. • Manage proposal timelines and coordinate the review and approval process to meet submission deadlines. • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and best practices to streamline future proposal development.
