Role Description ECS is seeking an HR Program Manager with (Workday and/or ServiceNow) experience to work remotely. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with deep U.S. Federal experience to lead large-scale enterprise HR system initiatives, with a primary experience on Workday and secondary experience in ServiceNow HRSD. This role is responsible for end-to-end program leadership across complex, multi-workstream implementations and transformations in highly regulated federal environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering Workday programs in federal or Fed-adjacent environments, with additional experience integrating or coordinating with ServiceNow platforms. Qualifications - 3+ years of program management experience and/or 10+ years of combined program/project management experience in enterprise IT. - 5+ years leading HR specific implementations (Workday/ServiceNow HRSD strongly preferred). - Demonstrated experience delivering in U.S. Federal environments. - Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-vendor programs. - Strong understanding of enterprise HR systems and integrations. - Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and executive stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). - PMP, PgMP certification or commitment to achieve certification within 6 months of hire date. - Ability to achieve federal security clearance, minimal of Public Trust.
