Junior Software Development Engineer

• Participar en el desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades de producto, implementando tareas y soluciones técnicas bien definidas junto a perfiles más experimentados del equipo. • Colaborar en el mantenimiento y evolución de aplicaciones y servicios existentes, ayudando a mejorar la calidad, estabilidad y rendimiento del software. • Escribir código limpio, mantenible y alineado con los estándares y buenas prácticas de desarrollo establecidos por el equipo. • Participar en revisiones de código, aprendiendo de otros ingenieros e incorporando feedback de manera continua para mejorar la calidad de tus entregas. • Colaborar con otros equipos de ingeniería, producto y diseño para entender los requisitos funcionales y técnicos de cada iniciativa. • Apoyar en la resolución de incidencias y bugs, investigando causas, proponiendo correcciones y contribuyendo a prevenir problemas futuros. • Participar en tareas de testing, validación y aseguramiento de la calidad del software antes de su despliegue. • Documentar desarrollos, decisiones técnicas y aprendizajes relevantes para facilitar el trabajo colaborativo y la continuidad del conocimiento. • Adquirir autonomía progresiva en nuestro stack tecnológico y arquitectura, promoviendo al mismo tiempo la mejora continua mediante la exploración de herramientas de IA y compartiendo este conocimiento con el equipo de Ingeniería. • Utilizar herramientas de IA generativa (como Copilot, Cursor, Claude o similares) de forma habitual en tu día a día para generar y revisar código, crear tests automatizados, documentar desarrollos e investigar soluciones técnicas. • Contribuir a una cultura de equipo basada en la colaboración, el aprendizaje continuo, la responsabilidad compartida y la mejora constante.
Job Requirements
- Estudios en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería del Software, Tecnologías de la Información o áreas similares.
- Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, incluyendo prácticas, becas o primeros años de experiencia profesional.
- Base sólida en programación y desarrollo backend y/o frontend.
- Interés por desarrollarte en entornos de desarrollo web y arquitecturas modernas.
- Familiaridad con conceptos como APIs, bases de datos, control de versiones, testing y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
- Interés por aprender sobre calidad de software, seguridad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, comunicar dudas y pedir ayuda cuando sea necesario.
- Actitud proactiva, curiosidad técnica y motivación por seguir aprendiendo.
- Interés por aprovechar herramientas de IA aplicadas al desarrollo de software de forma responsable, práctica y orientada a mejorar eficiencia, calidad y aprendizaje.

The Role We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build the user-facing applications and platform workflows behind our fixed income marketplace. This role will focus on developing modern web applications in TypeScript with React and Next.js, while working closely with Rust-based backend services that power trading, market data, and platform operations. You will contribute across the stack, with strong ownership of the frontend experience, including designing and building components, pages, interaction patterns, and application workflows that make complex trading and data interactions intuitive and reliable.
