Media Buyer

Decentralized Masters

• Oversee and manage Facebook and YouTube ads, ensuring campaigns are launched, optimized, and scaled effectively. • Handle ad spend of over $100K/month across both platforms. • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, including algorithm updates, targeting options, and new campaign types. • Be the first line of defense for ad account issues, responding promptly to flagged ads or account suspensions. • Conduct daily quality checks on funnel functionality to ensure smooth performance. • Test all pages of the funnel to verify that they work as intended. • Create and manage tech integrations for funnels, such as Hyros for proper campaign attribution. • Perform daily quality control (QC) of inputted data in tracking sheets, including: • Master Tracking Sheet • Ad Audit Sheet • Budgets and Projections Sheet • Identify and address anomalies or errors in data to maintain accurate tracking of live funnels. • Work proactively to resolve issues before they impact campaign performance. • Execute daily media buying tasks as outlined in the Ad Audit sheets. • Assess the effectiveness of audiences, placements, and spend allocations to refine media buying strategies. • Ensure decisions are data-driven and based on an in-depth understanding of current trends.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling Facebook and Google Ad Accounts.
  • Track record of handling over $100K/month in ad spend across both platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in the high-ticket coaching/consulting space.
  • Familiarity with VSL call funnels and a clear understanding of Facebook and Google's algorithms.
  • Methodical approach to launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Role Description As Divisional Marketing Manager, Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GtM) strategy globally.
