We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Support Employee with native Greek language skills to assist in the coordination and execution of project activities. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams, ensure smooth communication with Greek-speaking stakeholders, and contribute to the successful delivery of project goals.   Core tasks: - Provide administrative and operational support to the project team. - Support the preparation, translation, and review of project documentation (Greek ↔ German). - Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting notes. - Support data collection, reporting, and the preparation of presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Greek and strong command of German (spoken and written).
  • Experience in project support, project coordination, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.
