We are looking for an experienced IT project manager (h/f/d) to lead a transformation project to replace the SysFM system with a modern CAFM system in the field of facilities management. Key Facts Start: 13.04.2026 Dauer: Nicht bekannt Auslastung: 100 % Einsatzart: Einsatzort: Frankfurt am Main Einsatzland: Deutschland Your tasks • Replacement of the SysFM system with the CAFM successor • Steering the implementation and piloting of CAFM • Monitoring & reporting of time, scope and budget (PiT, Burn-Down charts, etc. – budget tracking, etc.) • Creation/Adjustment of the project schedule • Organization of cross-project coordination among project team members (internal and external) • Set up and conduct steering committee meetings with the functional project manager • Coordination and preparation of committee involvement • Support and coordination of the review of the functional requirements • Coordination with SAP ISI requirements management and DB Systel. Must have competences • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project management and vendor management, verifiable on the resume. • Excellent spoken and written German (project language: German) • Proven experience as a Project Manager (PM) in SAP projects • Experience in setting up projects and, where applicable, in restructuring them • Ability to work in a structured manner, to monitor the project's progress, and to actively take corrective action in case of deviations. • Strong communication and facilitation/moderation skills up to the executive level (GF level) Nice to have competences • Relevant experience in maintenance or in an industrial production environment. • Knowledge of migrating IT systems in facilities management, particularly in the context of SysFM to CAFM. Additional information The project start is planned for 13 April 2026 with 100% utilization until approximately June 2027 (extension possible). The project language is German. The task can be performed almost entirely remotely, with on-site presence for meetings such as the project kick-off being advisable. The use of nearshore resources is possible with very good German language skills.
