About the role and what you'll be doing: This role is a recognized authority and thought leader within Ensono, responsible for defining, shaping, and governing solution architecture across highly complex, large-scale client environments. This role provides strategic technical leadership across multiple accounts and initiatives, influencing Ensono’s solution strategy, standards, and technical vision. The Expert Solution Architect partners closely with executive-level client stakeholders, sales leadership, and internal product and delivery teams to drive innovation, ensure architectural excellence, and deliver transformative business outcomes. This role supports the most critical client engagements, complex pre-sales efforts, and long-term solution roadmaps. - Lead the architecture and implementation of Ensono solutions for the most complex and strategically significant client engagements. - Provide enterprise-level, end-to-end solution ownership, ensuring architectural integrity across large, multi-platform, and multi-year implementations. - Serve as the primary technical authority for client solution strategy, executive-level communications, and architectural decision-making. - Define and govern solution architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across Ensono engagements. - Perform cross-solution, cross-platform, and cross-component impact assessments with a focus on enterprise architecture and business transformation. - Partner with clients to understand long-term business objectives and translate them into scalable, future-state solution architectures. - Evaluate and approve solution approaches based on cost, risk, scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence. - Ensure solution designs meet or exceed functional, technical, security, and service-level agreement (SLA) requirements. - Maintain accountability for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and stewardship of enterprise solution architectures. - Define, maintain, and evolve multi-year solution roadmaps aligned to client strategy and Ensono’s technical vision. - Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and architectural oversight to Senior Solution Architects and project teams. - Identify systemic risks, architectural gaps, and emerging challenges, recommending strategic mitigation approaches. - Influence Ensono product strategy by providing feedback informed by client needs, industry trends, and solution outcomes. - Maintain deep subject matter expertise across Ensono technologies, industry trends, verticals, and emerging architectures. Required Qualifications - Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical roles, including 7+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles. - Minimum 8+ years of experience in database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive marketing environments. - Minimum 8+ years of experience in an external, client-facing consulting or advisory environment. - Minimum 7+ years of experience with change management procedures and enterprise transformation initiatives. - Expert-level understanding of Ensono delivery methodologies, architectural standards, project management, and change management processes. - Demonstrated ability to independently lead enterprise-scale solutions and act as a trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders. - Proven track record of defining architectural standards, best practices, and reusable solution patterns. - Demonstrated experience presenting solution strategy, business value, and transformation outcomes to executive audiences. - Experience influencing product direction, architectural governance, or firm-wide technical strategy. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role-based, sales-incentive plan, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
