Role Description Wir entwickeln und betreiben seit 1994 digitale Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Prozess- und ITSM-Anforderungen. Für diese Rolle suchen wir jemanden mit klarem Schwerpunkt im operativen Support sowie im Aufbau, Betrieb und in der Administration von Microsoft-Umgebungen – intern und bei unseren Kunden. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, ihre digitalen Prozesse auf der 446 Plattform technisch fundiert und lösungsorientiert zu betreiben: - Produktsupport (1st / 2nd Level) rund um unsere 446 Plattform - Installation und Konfiguration von Kundenumgebungen (On-Prem & Cloud) - Aufbau, Betrieb und Administration von Microsoft-Umgebungen, insbesondere mit Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 und Windows Server - Umsetzung technischer Kundenanforderungen im operativen Betrieb - Reporting und Datenanalyse innerhalb der Plattform - Dokumentation, Qualitätssicherung und interne Prozessverbesserung - Schulung und Beratung unserer Kunden - Teilnahme an Pikett-Diensten/Bereitschaftsdiensten (ca. 150 Tage/Jahr) nach Absprache Qualifications - Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung - Gute praktische Erfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere mit Windows Server, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IIS und Teams - Erfahrung im Aufsetzen, Betreiben, Administrieren und Optimieren von Microsoft-Umgebungen - SQL-Know-how (MS SQL bevorzugt) und Grundkenntnisse in PowerShell oder C# - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise - Deutsch mind.
