Role Description The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Please note that this is a remote position. We will provide you with the equipment as long as you have a high-speed internet connection. - You will primarily be doing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems. - Follow up on missing information to process the claim. - Review invoices to ensure accuracy. - Compile reports from systems with claims information. Qualifications - Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. - Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. - High school diploma. - 6 months to 1 year of work experience. - Basic computer and typing skills.
