YOUR NEXT ROLE As a Localization Project Manager at Acclaro, you’ll be the strategic force guiding global content through every stage of the localization lifecycle. You’ll drive collaboration across global teams, manage complex workflows, and ensure our clients receive high-quality deliverables, on time and on budget. You’ll be at the center of the action, creating meaningful impact while growing your career in a people-first, tech-enabled environment. This is a remote position. Hello, Greetings from Ulatus! I hope this email finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that we have a large-scale audio recording project and would like to check your availability to participate. We need someone who is an Italian native who speaks German. Project Overview The project involves recording spontaneous audio conversations between two speakers on a variety of topics, such as Banking, Healthcare, and Travel. · Scripts will be provided in advance. · You will perform your assigned role alongside a co-speaker. · All recording sessions will be hosted and managed by our team. · Each recording will be approximately 10–12 minutes in duration. Additionally, the client has requested transcripts for all recordings. Once the transcripts are prepared, they will be shared with you for review and revision. Quality Parameters Please note the following: · If the client requests revisions due to quality or clarity issues, your cooperation may be required to re-record. · In cases where an entire audio conversation is rejected by the client, we will not be in a position to provide compensation for that recording. Quality requirements for this project: · Natural and spontaneous conversation · Clear audio quality · Minimal background noise · Accuracy and consistency with the script We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us deliver high-quality output. Compensation · Compensation will remain the same as the previous project and will be calculated strictly based on the actual recording time during the Zoom session. · Time spent on instructions, setup, or discussions outside active recording will not be compensated. · An additional USD 0.8 per minute will be paid for reviewing the transcripts of your recordings. · Payments for accepted recordings will be processed within 45–60 business days from the date of recording, subject to client approval. The project is expected to commence in the first week of April 2026. Kindly share your availability (dates and time slots) for the entire month of April so that we can schedule sessions accordingly.
