ABOUT THE ROLE You will join a team focused on talent attraction through inbound marketing. This is a marketing-led role where you will help optimize candidate journeys, improve engagement, and ensure our talent funnel performs effectively. You will treat job postings, referrals, and applications as marketing channels, using data, messaging, and campaigns to drive high-quality inbound talent flow, especially in the US and LATAM markets. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Improve and optimize job descriptions to increase visibility and candidate conversion; - Monitor and manage job postings across automated and manual processes; - Manage and continuously improve our Referral & Talent Programs, driving engagement and tracking performance; - Analyze applications and referral data to identify gaps and suggest practical improvements; - Support new inbound initiatives and talent attraction efforts in global markets; - Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to align attraction efforts with employer branding goals. MUST HAVES - 1–3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent operations, employer branding, or similar roles; - Experience working with high-volume job postings and structured workflows; - Experience managing referral programs or working with ATS/CRM reporting; - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; - Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills; - Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and identify improvements; - Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides); - Upper-intermediate English level (interview process is conducted in English); - Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. NICE TO HAVES - Experience supporting or launching referral or inbound programs; - Copywriting or content optimization experience; - Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio); - Exposure to the IT industry. Our Risk Solutions team is currently seeking an Associate Consultant in our Worcester, MA location. This is a full-time, exempt role. Position is eligible for a fully remote arrangement. POSITION OVERVIEW: Conducts technical evaluations and loss analysis of prospective or existing policyholders. Identifies and analyzes exposures and controls. Will deliver consultative or technical support to policyholders. Initially many of the insureds surveyed will be in the small commercial or lower hazard middle market space. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Conduct field surveys on prospect and existing policyholders and writes reports for underwriting. - Perform loss analysis. - Create and follow up on essential recommendations. - Develop effective relationships with underwriting and agency partners that drives continual collaboration. - Participate in underwriting pipeline, new business, and renewal meetings to provide RS perspective regarding exposure and controls. - Communicates ideas or positions in a persuasive manner that build support, agreement, and commitment.
