Role Description The Financial Aid Process Level 1 (FAP1) is primarily responsible for all aspects of the administration and compliance management for the federal and state student financial assistance programs at each of the assigned schools. In addition, the FAP1 will be responsible for any assigned duties as directed by either the Manager of Financial Aid Processing or Assistant Manager of Financial Aid Processing. - Organizes and manages all required data entry and file maintenance in the Campus Vue, FAME, Direct Loan, Common Origination (COD), and Disbursement and NSLDS borrower data management systems. - Organizes and manages all need analysis, loan application, and financial aid packaging services. - Oversees, organizes, manages, and is responsible for initial compliance for any use of Professional Judgment, Dependency Overrides, Selective Service, and/or verification processes at all assigned schools. - Responsible for reviewing and taking action on any assigned financial aid reports, records, and student files. - May assist in organizing and managing all required data maintenance for out-of-school borrower services as required in both the Campus Vue and the NSLDS systems. - Ensures compliance with all state, accrediting, and federal financial aid-related regulations. - Promptly and accurately reports any suspected instances of non-compliance, fraud, or abuse to the Manager of Financial Aid Processing, Manager of Regional Directors, Vice President for Finance, or Senior Vice President for Financial Assistance and/or higher levels within the organization, as needed to address and resolve any areas of non-compliance. - Monitors all student financial aid activities to ensure accurate funding and full compliance with all applicable statutes, rules, and regulations. - Coordinates with all campus personnel and the Manager of Financial Aid Processing to ensure accurate and timely disbursements and refunds of federal, state and agency funds are made to all students and that all instances of conflicting information are accurately and promptly resolved. - Organizes, monitors, and maintains accurate and timely electronic data entry & reconciliation as required by any funding agency. - Organize and performs the accurate and timely performance of all Return to Title IV (R2T4) calculations, R2T4 refunds, credit balance refunds, grant recalculations and ineligible/inadvertent disbursement refunds. - Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager of Financial Aid Processing, Manager of Financial Aid Processing, Manager of Regional Financial Aid Directors, Vice President for Finance, Senior Vice President of Financial Assistance, and/or the President/CEO of Education Affiliates. - Regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications - Must possess at least 1 year of experience in student financial aid processing. - Candidates cannot have any student loans in default. Requirements - Classification: Non-exempt - Work Hours: 40 hour work week, minimum of 5-day work week, some weekends may be required - Travel: Periodic overnight travel assignments for training and development and/or for special assignments to any of the affiliated schools - Working Environment: remote

Role Description Sous l'autorité du (de la) chef(fe) de l'unité Eau et du (de la) responsable du pôle, vous serez chargé(e), en tant qu'instructeur / instructrice eau et assainissement, de missions d'instructions et de contrôles visant la préservation du bon état écologique des masses d'eau. - Vous instruisez des dossiers loi sur l'eau dans le domaine de l'assainissement des eaux usées (stations d'épuration et plans d'épandage) : analyses, rédaction d'arrêtés, publication, actualisation des bases de données ROSEAU et reprise éventuelle. - Vous assurez les analyses de conformité des stations d'épuration du département, et de leur système de collectes (18 stations de plus de 2 000 EH et 180 de moins de 2 000 EH) sur la base de la législation nationale et européenne : analyses des résultats de l'autosurveillance, réunions avec les interlocuteurs de l'assainissement, rédaction de courriers d'avis de conformité, utilisation du logiciel ROSEAU, et vérification de la production documentaire obligatoire (Manuel d'Auto Surveillance, cahier de vie, etc.). - Vous suivez la réalisation des Schémas Directeurs d'Assainissement réglementaires, notamment les diagnostics périodiques, et modification des arrêtés préfectoraux fixant les prescriptions des travaux à réaliser (plan d'actions) pour chaque système de traitement des eaux usées. - Vous instruisez des plans d'épandage (rédaction des arrêtés et actualisation de la base de données avec SILLAGE). - Vous réalisez le suivi des micropolluants (RSDE, PFAS). - Vous instruisez les dossiers loi sur l'eau pour les dossiers de rejets d'eaux pluviales (analyses, rédaction arrêté, publication), et contrôlez les aménagements pluviaux. - Vous instruisez les dossiers loi sur l'eau pour les dossiers de drainage (analyses, rédaction arrêté, publication), et contrôlez les aménagements de drainage. - Vous contribuez à la mise en oeuvre du Programme de Mesures du SDAGE, et du Plan d'Actions Opérationnel Territorialisé de l'Indre. - Vous portez la thématique assainissement auprès des acteurs de la gestion de l'eau du département. - En tant qu'inspecteur de l'environnement (formations proposées dans le cadre de la prise de poste), vous participerez au plan de contrôle de l'Unité, et exercerez des missions de police administrative avec rédaction et suivi des différentes procédures (Rapports de Manquements Administratifs, mise en demeure, etc.) et, le cas échéant, police judiciaire pour la mise en application de la législation. - Vous viendrez également en appui ponctuel, en fonction des besoins, à la mission portée par l'Unité Eau d'animation de l'Observatoire de la Ressource en Eau (ORE) et autres missions de l'unité.
