The Opportunity As an Intern in the Foundations team, you will be an integral part of a team that designs and builds solutions that best address our clients’ needs and create measurable impact. As an Intern, you will get an opportunity to work alongside individuals/teams on research, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, program strategy and/or implementation. Key responsibilities - Support in drafting a detailed project report, ensuring clarity, coherence, and academic rigour. - Conduct literature reviews and integrate references following academic standards. - Ensure grammar, language, and formatting consistency across the report. - Assist in structuring content to effectively convey project insights compellingly and professionally. - (Desired, not required) Contribute to improving the visual presentation and design aesthetics of the report. Key qualifications and experiences - Undergraduate degree with at least 2 internship experiences preferably in with non-profits/research advisory firms/social enterprises/consulting firms - Strong academic writing and research skills, with prior experience in preparing reports, dissertations, or research papers. - Familiarity with academic referencing styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.). - Attention to detail in language, grammar, and formatting. - Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, structured writing. - Subject knowledge on Agriculture and ecology will have added advantage We cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all our employees and reinforce diversity in our workplace.
