Application Solution Architect – Azure

SYNCREON

• Design high-level and low-level architecture for cloud-native and hybrid enterprise applications • Develop scalable systems using Azure PaaS services, microservices, APIs, and serverless components • Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps • Provide technical leadership in modernization of monolithic systems to microservices and event-driven architectures • Review solution designs, code quality, and architectural compliance • Set non-functional requirements (NFRs): security, scalability, performance, reliability, observability • Conduct architecture reviews and produce solution design documentation

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in application development and architecture
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud-native patterns and enterprise integration patterns
  • Proficiency in .NET Core / Java / Node.js for backend and RESTful API design
  • Hands-on with microservices, containers, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS)
  • Experience with cloud CI/CD pipelines, IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and release automation
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, networking, and identity management in Azure

The Role The Senior Data Engineer will work closely with GridMatrix’s perception, data science, and software engineering SMEs to optimize the company’s data pipeline and cloud infrastructure. Primary responsibilities include customer deployments, managing architecture for cost and performance, building pipelines for machine learning and analytics, and measuring the impact of new features in each of these areas.
