The ServiceNow Developer - HRSD is responsible for advancing IT Service Management, ITOM and ITBM as well as platform foundational functionality through out-of-the-box capabilities and advanced application development. Supports critical operational services and high-priority strategic projects. ServiceNow Developer - HRSD Responsibilities: - Design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements. - Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). - Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform and applications. - Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of the developed solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their effective utilization of ServiceNow. - Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices, ensuring our platform remains current. - Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for future reference. Minimum Qualifications: - Education: HS or GED - Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong background in healthcare industry preferred. - Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflow design, and module configuration. - Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) preferred. - Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) preferred. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for CIS-HR and CIS-SPM preferred.
