Senior Network Performance Manager

F45 Training

• We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Senior Network Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using FS8/VAURA sales, training, and business methodologies. • Take a leadership role within the broader Performance Management team. • Included in Performance strategy discussions with senior leadership. • Responsible for providing insights from the field for both yourself and the broader team. • Manage the team’s execution of select key strategic initiatives as directed by the General Manager. • Carry out the day to day activities of a Network Performance Manager for your designated region. • Prioritize increasing AUVs (average unit volumes) across your studio portfolio. • Engage with Franchisees via in-person meetings and daily online remote communications when not in the field.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required.
  • Minimum 5 years prior related franchise network performance experience required.
  • Experience in presenting to franchisees in various delivery format (e.g., one-on-one, large scale presentation, both in-person and remotely).
  • Excel at building relationships with franchisees and managers.
  • Strong ability to take big picture decisions and strategize accordingly.
  • Exceptionally organized and adept at meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
