• Overall management of the “System Landscape” project across all streams – ERP, CRM, BR/BI as well as ECM/DMS • Establishment of effective project governance • Organization and leadership of SteerCos (steering committees) • Active risk and issue management • Execution of testing phases (SIT, UAT) • Transparent communication with management, business units and project teams • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and documentation

• Sicherstellung der Konsistenz von Prozessen, Daten und Systemintegrationen • Durchführung von Fit-Gap-Analysen und Ableitung von Lösungsdesigns • Definition von Datenmodellen, Integrationskonzepten und MDM-Strukturen • Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Teststrategien und Go-Live-Begleitung

• Analyse und Modellierung aller relevanten Finanzprozesse • Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Formulierung von User Stories • Sicherstellung der regulatorischen Anforderungen • Aufbau von Stammdatenstrukturen und Buchungslogiken • aktive Unterstützung in den Testphasen und Begleitung des Go-Live • Zusammenarbeit an Automatisierungslösungen

• Responsible for corporate M&A processes, pipeline management, and project sale processes • Conduct negotiations in the context of sales mandates • Manage valuation and due diligence processes • Monitor compliance with contractual (warranty) obligations arising from project sales • Act as the interface between interdisciplinary project teams and external transaction advisors • Monitor the market and maintain a network of partners and investors • Prepare decision papers and present results
