Global Strategy Advisor

The JobDiploSight connects global investors with the critical insights they need to navigate international complexity. We value unique perspectives and deep understanding above all. This role is for a skilled professional who can deliver high-quality, actionable analysis. You will focus on deep research and insight generation, working closely with our internal Business Managers who will handle all client liaison and task coordination. This is a project-based, remote position with a starting rate of $600 per project per week. Successful advisors are quickly transitioned to a monthly retainer starting at $2,000, rewarding consistent, high-value contributions. Responsibilities You will serve as a key member of our expert network, focused on delivering high-quality analytical products. All tasks will be assigned and coordinated exclusively through a Business Manager, allowing you to concentrate on deep analysis without client-facing responsibilities. - Execute Designated Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on specific geopolitical, economic, or defense and security topics as defined in taskings from your Business Manager. - Author High-Quality Analytical Reports: Produce well-structured, evidence-based, and insightful written reports that provide direct decision-support for our clients. - Leverage Expertise & Professional Networks: Proactively utilize your specialized knowledge and industry contacts to gather critical information, validate findings, and provide unique context for your analysis. - Provide Internal Strategic Input: Your analysis and reports will serve as core inputs, which our business team will synthesize into final strategic advice and solutions for clients. Position Purpose: The Senior Manager of Learning Strategy (LSM) is responsible for establishing short and long-term learning strategies to increase associate competence and confidence. The LSM will take a learner-centric approach to define and routinely validate learning needs for targeted audiences. The LSM will create effective learning and content plans by ensuring all learning needs are addressed with simple, relevant, and effective solutions Key Responsibilities: - Determine learner capabilities and learner needs by reviewing job requirements, experiencing the learner's environment, connecting with learners and leaders closest to the role, and evaluating key metrics and connect with business partners to stay current on the needs of the business. - Develop strategy for assigned content areas (content area plan) and recommend solutions to business partners that address learner needs to increase associate competence and confidence. Collaborate with other LSMs to ensure assigned content areas are represented. Determine and maintain effectiveness of content areas. - Work with learning Design & Development, Technology, and/or Delivery teams to determine the most effective learning solutions for assigned content areas and communicate solutions to business partners - Create learning plans for assigned job roles based on learner needs. For assigned job roles, validate content area recommendations from other LSMs. Work closely with learning Execution, Technology, and Delivery team members to ensure execution of learning plans.
