Role Description Au sein du service habitat et rénovation urbaine (SHRU) de la DRIHL Val-de-Marne, vous aurez deux missions : - Une mission principale d'instruction de dossiers déposés auprès de la délégation locale de l'agence nationale de l'habitat (ANAH). - Une mission secondaire d'assistant(e) du service. Dans le cadre de vos missions d'instructeur (-trice), vous aurez à : - Instruire et suivre tout type de demande de subvention en vue d'améliorer l'habitat privé existant, à destination de propriétaires pour des travaux de rénovation thermique ou d'adaptation du logement en cas de perte d'autonomie. - Effectuer des contrôles sur place (visites). - Participer à l'information du public : accueil téléphonique et physique, réponses aux mails et au service en ligne. - Participer aux réunions et instances dédiées à l'amélioration du parc privé. Dans le cadre de vos missions d'assistant(e), vous aurez à réceptionner les appels externes destinés au service habitat et rénovation urbaine, et à les orienter vers le bon interlocuteur. En outre, vous serez amené(e) à remplacer, pendant ses congés, l'assistant(e) de direction. Vous serez placé(e) sous l'autorité hiérarchique de la cheffe du bureau intervention sur l'habitat privé et de son adjoint. Ce bureau compte 13 agents. Qualifications - Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques courants. - Vous avez le sens du relationnel, une bonne capacité d'écoute et de pédagogie pour informer le public. - Vous avez le goût pour le travail en équipe. - Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'esprit d'initiative, d'autonomie, d'organisation et de flexibilité.
