Role Description As a Mobilization Coach, you’ll contribute to the mission of Frontiers by clearly communicating the purpose of Frontiers to individuals, churches and organizations. If you have a heart for missions, a passion for inspiring others, and proven mobilization experience, this is your opportunity to make an eternal impact. - Catalyze individuals and churches to play a part in the mission. - Mentor and develop potential candidates toward a Long-Term Application and long-term field effectiveness. - Generate new contacts and seek out apostolically gifted and called individuals. - Serve local churches with resources, materials and time. - Mentor and provide appropriate coaching to potential candidates using available programs and training resources. - Model Muslim ministry in a local context. - Raise 100% support to cover financial budget (i.e. salary, benefits, retirement, personal ministry related expenses).
