This role is responsible for leading the Implementation team and ensuring partners successfully progress through each stage—from activation to growth and beyond. This is not an execution role. • Work within the Implementation Team to configure and deliver the LemonEdge platform solution to clients and partners. • Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. • Collaborate with the Operations Team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are understood, delivered on time, and have ongoing maintenance and support requirements met. • Apply deep fund accounting knowledge to configure the platform to meet complex client-specific requirements across Private Equity, Real Estate, Fund of Funds, Evergreen Funds, Open-Ended Funds and other private asset strategies. • Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency during system transitions. • Develop and document SQL queries and procedures to support implementation tasks including data migration, reporting, and process automation. • Assist in the production of supporting materials for clients and partners, including project plans, configuration documentation, and training materials. • Ensure clients are trained and supported on an ongoing basis, and that implementation best practices are met on all engagements. • Interact with clients, partners, and professional services teams on a daily basis, providing clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
