Change Management & Customer Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through organizational and process change tied to ERP adoption. - Communicate complex solution concepts clearly and confidently to both executive and functional audiences. - Partner with customers to drive user adoption, ensuring successful go-lives and long-term satisfaction. Collaboration & Growth - Work closely with project managers, consultants, and developers to ensure aligned solution delivery. - Support Sales and Leadership teams in scoping new opportunities and defining Statements of Work. - Contribute to continuous improvement of Kimberlite methodologies and solution frameworks.
